The Job:

Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an Account Manager – Independent & Small Agencies to join our high-performing Sydney Val Morgan Cinema team.

This role is focused on managing and growing a portfolio of Independent and Small Agency clients, delivering strong account management and driving sustainable revenue growth. You’ll thrive in this role if you are commercially minded, relationship-driven and motivated by results. No two days will look the same, but you’ll bring determination, resilience and a proactive mindset to everything you do.

In this role, you will:

  • Build, maintain and grow revenue-generating client relationships
  • Identify and develop opportunities by recommending tailored, saleable solutions
  • Respond confidently and effectively to client briefs and campaign requirements
  • Actively immerse yourself in the industry through networking and events
  • Negotiate and close deals aligned with business and revenue strategy
  • Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to a collaborative team culture 

Who are we looking for?

You enjoy sales, building relationships and getting results. You’re confident talking to clients, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and motivated by hitting targets. You’re practical, proactive and take ownership of your work.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • 2+ years in Media Sales (Account Executive / Account Management) or an eager executive looking to progress
  • Experience growing and maintaining professional relationships in media preferable
  • Results driven with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proven success in formulating & developing sales plans to meet and exceed targets
  • Demonstrate a can-do approach and innovative thinking to grow business
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
