The Job
We’re now looking for a Group Sales Manager - Programmatic to join us in our VMO office in Melbourne. This role will be responsible for driving programmatic revenue by creating tailored, best-fit programmatic solutions for our clients, to leverage VMO's full suite of programmatic products, services, and capabilities. Other key responsibilities include: 
  • Identify and optimising programmatic revenue opportunities aligned with VMO’s strategy
  • Meet monthly, quarterly and yearly programmatic sales targets
  • Collaborate with Group Sales Managers (GSMs) to enhance agency profiles and proactively identify new sales opportunities within agency patches.
  • Demonstrate strong programmatic sales skills by prospecting and qualifying leads, understanding client needs, and translating programmatic features into clear benefits.
  • Conduct effective product demos, negotiate, and close programmatic deals, including contract discussions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, trading desks, and key personnel to drive programmatic sales.
  • Evangelize the benefits of programmatic Out-of-Home to both external agency stakeholders and internal teams, increasing awareness and understanding of VMO’s offerings.
 
Who are we looking for?

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in sales/account management, specifically within OOH, digital media, and/or programmatic advertising.
  • Experience with CRM systems for managing sales pipelines and tracking opportunities.
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Results driven with an ability to work under pressure and deliver on deadlines.
